Caesar Dy is the current Mayor of the municipality of Cauayan of the province of Isabela, Philippines (2001-Present).

Coming from a political family, Caesar is not the only one of the Dy’s in politics. His father, Faustino Dy, Sr., is also a former Governor (1970-1992) and Mayor (1965-1969) of the province of Isabela.
