Loading ...Casimiro Ynares Jr. is the former governor of Rizal (1992-2001 and 2004-2007), replaced by his son Casimiro Ynares III and former municipal mayor of Binangonan, Rizal (1971-1986 and 1988-1992). His wife Rebecca Ynares is also a former governor of the same province of the Philippines.
He finished his Bachelor of Arts Degree at the University of Santo Tomas and was one of the Recipients of UST’s Ten Most Outstanding Alumni in 100 years. He was mayor of Binangonan, Rizal for 20 years and was the youngest mayor elected during his time.
