Loading ...Emmanuel Alfelor is the former Mayor of the City of Iriga who serve for three terms (1998-2007).
He belongs to a political clan of Iriga. His father, Felix Alfelor Sr. was also a former Mayor of Iriga as well as Governor. His brothers, Felix Alfelor Jr. and Ciriaco Alfelor are both former Representatives of the Philippine Legislature. His niece, Madeline A. Gasmin (Madeline is the daughter of his late brother Camarines Sur 4th district representative Ciiaco Alfelor), is the current mayor of Iriga City.
