Exequiel B. Javier (born October 16, 1946) is a Filipino politician, lawyer, and a current member of the 14th Congress of the Philippines. Javier has been elected as a Member of the House of Representatives, representing the Lone District of Antique from 1987-98 and from 2001 to the present. He is currently a member of the political party Lakas-Christian Muslim Democrats (LAKAS-CMD) and the Chairperson of the Committee on Ways and Means of the House of Representatives.

Javier, a graduate of the Ateneo de Manila Law School, is the younger brother of Antique governor Evelio Javier, a political ally of former president Corazon Aquino who was assassinated during Aquino’s presidential campaign in 1986. Javier himself was elected to one term as Antique governor from 1998 to 2001.
