Dy, is the current Mayor of the municipality of Cauayan, Isabela (2001-Present); Napoleon S. Dy, is the current Mayor of the municipality of Alicia, Isabela (2001-present); and Victor G. Dy, is a former Barangay captain of San Fermin, Cauayan, Isabela (2001-2004).
