Filemon M. Galsim is the mayor of the municipality of Santa Cruz in the province of Occidental Mindoro, Philippines. Galsim was first elected as municipal mayor in 2001 elections and re-elected in May 2007. Prior to this position, he was elected as vice mayor of the same municipality.
