
Hermilando I. Mandanas (born March 25, 1944) is a Filipino politician. Currently a member of the Liberal Party, he has been elected to two terms as a Member of the House of Representatives of the Philippines, representing the 2nd District of Batangas. He first won election to Congress in 2004 and was re-elected in 2007.
Mandanas was also elected to three terms as governor of Batangas. He served as governor from 1995 to 2004.
