Joel C. Panaligan is the incumbent mayor of the municipality of Mamburao in the province of Occidental Mindoro, Philippines. Panaligan, Big J to many, is in his second term as municipal mayor. Prior to the position, he was first elected as vice mayor of the same municipality.
