The Middle East Philippine Halal Association (MEPHA) International, an organization of Muslim-Christian OFWs duly registered in the Philippine Embassy, Riyadh, KSA, prepared a proposal entitled “Halal and Business Enhancement Cooperation (HABEC) in the Philippines and Overseas”. It will enhance production and exportation of certified Halal filipino products.
