Justin Marc San Buenaventura Chipeco (born April 6, 1975) is a Filipino politician who is the member of the House of Representatives for the second district of Laguna. He is the son of present Calamba City mayor, Joaquin Chipeco, Jr. and grandson of former congressman of First District of Laguna Joaquin Chipeco, Sr. He was first elected to Congress in 2004 and served two consecutive terms. As a lawyer, he is devoted toward developing the youth not only through the delivery of justice but also through education and health programs.
