Loading ...Luis R. Villafuerte, Sr. is the representative of the second district of Camarines Sur in the House of Representatives of the Philippines. He is one of the signers of House Resolution 1109 calling for a constituent assembly to amend the Constitution.
Born in August 25, 1935, is a Filipino politician. He is currently serving his second term in the House of Representatives of the Philippines representing the 2nd District of Camarines Sur.
He is married to Nelly F. Villafuerte. He is the father of incumbent Camarines Sur Governor Luis "L-Ray" Villafuerte, Jr. (married to businesswoman Lara Villafuerte)

Great admiration to Governor Luis Villafuerte. He sure is a man of one word. He does what he says. He came to my graduation and gave me the “Villafuerte Gold Medal Award” for having the highest score on NCEE in my school.
