Luzviminda C. Ilagan, a woman activist and advocate of Mindanao issues, is a member of the 14th Congress.

She is Gabriela Women’s Party representative together with Liza Maza who calls for the President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo to step down in the light of testimonies and evidences that are surfacing involving Malacañang and the first family in multi-billion scandals. With Maza, she also introduced House Res. 124 to the Philippines House of Representatives, regarding "Comfort Women".
