Loading ...Oscar Lambino (b. December 3, 1950) is the current Vice Governor of the province of Pangasinan and former Mayor of the Municipality of Malasiqui from 1988 to 1998.
Vice Governor Lambino is a Bachelor of Arts in Economics graduate of Ateneo de Manila University in 1971.
Prior to his seat as the Vice Governor of Pangasinan, he was a three term Mayor of Malasiqui. He was awarded Outstanding Mayor of the Department of Interior and Local Government and the Pangasinan Press & Radio Club. The Rotary Club of Dagupan East also gave him the Presidential Award for his effective leadership.
He was the President of the Mayor’s League of Pangasinan from July of 1995 until March of 1998 as well as the Malasiqui "Mataraki" Jaycees.
