He also holds a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from the University of Santo Thomas and is licensed to practice medicine. He was overwhelmingly elected and is serving his second term as mayor of Basista. He is married to the beautiful and former beauty queen Gina De Guzman and they have two lovely daughters.
