Loading ...Rey T. Uy is the current Mayor of Tagum City, of the Davao Region and is a former Vice Governor of Davao province ( 1992).
He finished his elementary education at Madaum Elementary School and secondary education at the Ateneo de Davao. He earned the degree of Bachelor of Science in Agriculture at Xavier University, Cagayan de Oro City.
He served as Sangguniang Panlalawigan Member of Davao Province from 1988 to 1995 and was appointed Vice Governor of Davao in 1992. He became Mayor of Tagum in 1998 and was re-elected as such in 2004 up to the present.
