Rolando Andaya, Jr.

Rolando Andaya Jr., is the appointed secretary of the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) and former representative of the 1st District of Camarines Sur.

Born on March 10,1969, in Manila, Rolando Andaya Jr. was the Representative of the 1st District of Camarines Sur to the 8th Congress in 1987 to 1992, 9th Congress in 1992 to 1995, 11th Congress in 1998 to 2001, 12th Congress in 2001 to 2004 and 13th Congress from 2004 to the present. On February 5, 2006, he was appointed Budget and Management Secretary.

Rolando Andaya Jr. was married to Marissa Lirio Mercado. In 1991, he finished his degree in Business and Economics, major in Legal Management at the De La Salle University in Manila, and in 1995 graduated his Bachelor of Laws at the Ateneo de Manila.
