balao-as clan serve boliney abra for how many years, when i went to boliney , i was amazed because many residence there love balao-as family very much because of their kindness , generousity , helpful, humble personalities , and they treat people there as family if they need a financial problems and others , balao-as family helps them so whatever you say balao-as clan has the power , and it is called to be dynasty ..
