Good day! About sa panukala po ninyo Congressman na ang mga pre-paid numbers are needed to be registered. Minsan I don’t know if bakit ganun sila mag-isip, hindi nyo pa po lubuslubusin. Tutal as I know prepaid cards are not too profitable sa mga dealer’s not unlike sa load which they earn more. So gagawa lang ng batas to register the prepaid numbers, why don’t regulate it. Only the telecom company are allowed to sell the prepaid numbers para masiguro ung registration ng data tutal for security purposes naman. For postpaid users like me we also submit documents to the repective telecom provider so why don’t we do the same for prepaid numbers and there will be no prepaid cards sold outside like mga stores or dealers so na ganun mas simplify pa yung proceso. Tutal the telecom company they already have mga satellite office sa mga malls and some also have mga booths.

    Hon. Congressman Rufus B. Rodriquez
    Congressman , 2nd District
    Misamis Oriental

    Dear Hon. Congressman Rodriguez:

We thank God for giving you the wisdom to implement a scholarship program for deserving students in the district. It is our prayer that our son – Luke Daniel Buscato would be one of the beneficiaries of your scholarship grant for college education.

Daniel completed his elementary education with honors-valedictorian. He is currently in his senior year at Gusa Regional Science High School and hopefully will graduate this March 2012, with honors. He desires to take up Electrical Engineering course in college. Our financial hardship has not discouraged him to attain academic excellence and aspire to reach his dream to be a successful Electrical Engineer someday.

The family’s financial difficulties were brought about by several unfortunate events, which only leave my wife as the main breadwinner in the family. Her meager income and the small amount that we earn from home-baking business could barely meet the family’s basic needs. Thus, college education for our son would greatly challenge our financial situation.

It is our sincere prayer that you will help our son realize his dream and his quest for a good future. We pray that you will grant him the benefit as your full scholar for college education. With your inspiration, he can surely reach the peak of his dreams.

May we look forward for your favorable reply.
