Rufus B. Rodriguez (born September 13, 1953) is a Filipino politician. A member of the Pwersa ng Masang Pilipino party, and affiliated with the Genuine Opposition, he was elected as a Member of the House of Representatives, representing the Second District of Cagayan de Oro City beginning in 2007.

A graduate of the University of the Philippines College of Law, Rodriguez served as Vice-Governor of Misamis Oriental from 1984 to 1987. In 1990, he became the Dean of the College of Law of San Sebastian College. Rodriguez was appointed as the head of the Bureau of Immigration by President Joseph Estrada in 1998, and served in that capacity until 2001.

    Mga Dunganon na mga Pinuno sa katawhan:

    Ako usa ra ka yano na lumulupyo sa Villa Trinitas Subdivision, Bugo Cagayan de Oro City. Ako naghangyo kanimo na imo hatagan ug gilayon na pagtagad ang pagpa-ayo sa dalan publiko naa makita sa bulok-bulok padulong sa Villa Trinitas Subdivision. Sa miaging mga adlaw may usa na ka delivery truck na natumba ug pipila na ka mga sikad ang na-aksidente gumikan sa guba ng dalan. Kini usa sa mga mahinungdanon na dalan sa Bugo tungod kay kini ang main road na gigamit sa kadaghanan para sulod ug guwa ngadto sa Provincial Highway.

    Kung napa-ayo ug na pasimento ang usa ka dalan diri sa Bugo na dili kaayo mapahimuslan sa kadaghanan, dako ang akong pagsalig na inyong hatagan ug gilayon na pagtagad kining gamay na kabalaka sa mga yanong tawo diri sa Barangay Bugo.

    Ako nag-laum ug nag-ampo na ikaw malouy sa mga taga Bugo na nag-antos sa matag-adlaw na pag-biyahe.
