He served as Chairman of the Ayala Land Group Bidding Committee and head of its Strategic Procurement Division.

Brother Armin Altamirano Luistro FSC is a Filipino La Sallian Brother who is currently the President of De La Salle University-Manila and the Chief Executive Officer of De La Salle Philippines, Inc.
Luistro was born on December 24, 1961 to Jose Dimayuga and Magdalena Aranda Altamirano in Lipa City, Batangas. From 1966-1967, he studied at the Our Lady of the Rosary Academy, while from 1967 to 1971, he studied at the Canossa Academy, all in Lipa City. He finished his grade school at De La Salle Lipa in 1973, where he also studied high school and graduated in 1977.

Rodolfo C. Fariñas is the second of the six siblings brought into life by Federico L. Fariñas and Remedios Castro Fariñas of Laoag City who, during their prime, owned and managed a successful transport business, the Fariñas Trans.
Rudy, as commonly called by his friends and relatives, was a consistent honor student during his elementary and secondary years. As an outstanding student, he was often picked to hold various academic positions and actively participated in sports competitions. He graduated in elementary and high school with the Second Honor and Salutatorian awards given to him in 1963 and 1967.

Mary Jane Crisanto Ortega is the former Mayor of San Fernando City of the province of La Union, Philippines (1998-2007). She served as mayor for three terms.
Mary Jane’s parents are Jose F. Crisanto, Sr. of Quiapo, Manila (former Assistant Director on Vocational Education) and Adela Cruz of Navotas. She is happily married to Governor Victor Ortega of the famous Ortega clan of the province of La Union. They have four children: Atty. Ma. Victoria O. Pollisco (married to Atty. Wilman C. Pollisco), Ma. Veronica O. Regala (married to Eduardo V. Regala), Francisco C. Ortega IV (married to Susan Mendoza-Ortega) and Maria Corazon C. Ortega.
Justo Orros, Jr.
Justo Ortega Orros, Jr. is a former Governor of the province of La Union and Ambassador of the Philippines to Mexico.
Apo Tito, as was fondly called by the people of La union, came from the long line of politicians of the Ortega clan. His grandfather, Joaquin Ortega, was a Governor of La Union assigned during the American colonial Period and the patriarch of the Ortega political clan. His mother is the daughter of Joaquin, Joaquina Ortega.
He was taught as a child, the value of education. Thus, he made it good in school. He finished his elementary education at San Jacinto Elementary School in 1946 after the World War II and his secondary education at San Isidro Academy in 1950. He, together with his cousin, Victor F. Ortega, went to Ateneo De Manila University and took Bachelor of Laws which they finished with flying colors. They even pursued further studies in Spain and obtained Doctor of Laws degree in 1961 from the Universidad De Madrid.

Oscar Lambino (b. December 3, 1950) is the current Vice Governor of the province of Pangasinan and former Mayor of the Municipality of Malasiqui from 1988 to 1998.
Vice Governor Lambino is a Bachelor of Arts in Economics graduate of Ateneo de Manila University in 1971.
Prior to his seat as the Vice Governor of Pangasinan, he was a three term Mayor of Malasiqui. He was awarded Outstanding Mayor of the Department of Interior and Local Government and the Pangasinan Press & Radio Club. The Rotary Club of Dagupan East also gave him the Presidential Award for his effective leadership.
He was the President of the Mayor’s League of Pangasinan from July of 1995 until March of 1998 as well as the Malasiqui "Mataraki" Jaycees.
