Enrico Reantillo Echiverri is the Mayor of Caloocan. He was born on November 18, 1954 in Manila and is married to Purificacion Manalatan. He’s currently a Hospital Administration of Manila Central University Hospital.
He spent his Elementary years at Morning Breeze Elementary School and graduated High School at Araneta University Foundation High School on 1971. He studied at San Beda College and took up Bachelor of Arts in Economics. When he graduated, he studied again at Ateneo de Manila University and finished Bachelor of Laws in 1981.

Teofisto Tayko Guingona, Jr. (born July 4, 1928 in San Juan, Rizal) was the Vice President of the Philippines from 2001 to 2004 during the first term of Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo.
Teofisto Guingona was born on July 4, 1928 in San Juan, Rizal, and was raised in Marawi City in Mandanao. His parents were former assemblyman, senator, judge and commissioner of Mindanao and Sulu, Atty. Teofisto Guingona, Sr. of Iloilo and Josefa Tayko of Negros Oriental.
Guingona took his primary and secondary education at the Ateneo de Cagayan. He then earned his Bachelor of Laws degree from the Ateneo de Manila University, where he later taught law, political science and history.
He is married to Ruth de Lara, the mayor of Gingoog City, Misamis Oriental. His son, Teofisto III (TG) is the incumbent representative from Bukidnon.

Ronaldo Puno
Ronaldo V. Puno (born April 25, 1948) is a campaign manager in Philippine politics. He supported the presidential bids of eventual winners Fidel Ramos, Joseph Estrada, and Gloria Macapagal Arroyo.
He was a former interior secretary of the Philippines, and was a representative in Congress. He is also the leader of Kampi, the chief administration party of Gloria Macapagal Arroyo. He is also touted to serve again as interior secretary.

Rolando Andaya Jr., is the appointed secretary of the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) and former representative of the 1st District of Camarines Sur.

Marianito “Nitoy” Roque is the secretary of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE). He was the former administrator of the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) before being named Acting Secretary of DOLE on March, 2008.
Marianto Roque was born to Mauro J. Roque, a contractor-entrepreneur, and Eliza Dineros, a homemaker. Nitoy as he is fondly called, completed his Elementary and Secondary education at Lamao Bataan High School in 1971 in Limay, Bataan. In 1975, he obtained a degree in Economics at the De La Salle College in Manila. Roque then completed his Master’s degree in Business Administration at the Ateneo de Manila University. Even at a young age, he is said to have demonstrated exemplary self-discipline and capacity for hard work and empathy.
