Jose Claveria de Venecia, Jr. also known as JDV or Joe De V (born December 26, 1936) is a former Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Philippines, serving from 1992 to 1998 and from 2001 to 2008. As Speaker, he was the fourth highest ranking official of the Philippines. He was the former president of the Philippines’ dominant party, LAKAS-CMD. He ran for president in the 1998 election but lost to Vice President Joseph Estrada, finishing second among 11 candidates.
Beginning in 1987, De Venecia has been elected to six terms as a Representative of the 4th District of Pangasinan. He served as Speaker of the Philippine House of Representatives throughout the Ninth, Tenth, Twelfth and Thirteenth Congresses of the Philippines. He had served for more than a year as the House Speaker of the Fourteenth Congress when on February 5, 2008, 174 representatives, or a considerable majority of members of the House, voted to remove de Venecia as Speaker. He is the first Filipino who has held the Speakership five times in separate terms.

Darlene Magnolia Antonino-Custodio (born Darlene Magnolia R. Antonino on December 26, 1973) is a Representative of the first district of South Cotabato and Gen. Santos City. She gained national fame for defeating her challenger Manny Pacquiao in the 2007 elections.
Darlene comes from the prominent Antonino Clan of South Cotabato. Her father and mother, Aldelbert and Luwalhati R. Antonino both served as mayor and house representative of General Santos City and South Cotabato. She is also the grandgrandaugher of Senators Gaudencio and Magnolia Antonino. She is married to Benjamin Custodio, a businessman.
Darlene was born on December 26, 1973 at California, USA. She from graduated high school at O.B Montessori, Manila in 1992. She finished her college degree in B.S. Business Management in De La Salle University-Manila in 1996. She holds a master’s degree in Culinary Arts in the prestigious school Le Cordon Bleu in London, England.

Hernani Agsalud Braganza (b. August 7, 1964- ) is the current Mayor of the City of Alaminos, the City of Hundred Islands in Ilocos, a former Representative of the 1st District of Pangasinan to the 10th Philippine Congress and former Secretary of Agrarian Reform from February 12, 2001 January 15, 2003.
He went to Alaminos Central School during his primary education but finished it at Claret School of Quezon City, where he also finished his secondary schoolyears. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in History- Political Science at De La Salle university (DLSU) in 1984.
Hernani started his career in politics as a municipal councilor of Alaminos, Pangasinan in 1988. Then he became Consultant for Political Affairs under Vice-Governor Ranjit Shahani. Eventually, he won a seat in Congress as Representative of the 1st District of Pangasinan.

Rolando Andaya Jr., is the appointed secretary of the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) and former representative of the 1st District of Camarines Sur.
Born on March 10,1969, in Manila, Rolando Andaya Jr. was the Representative of the 1st District of Camarines Sur to the 8th Congress in 1987 to 1992, 9th Congress in 1992 to 1995, 11th Congress in 1998 to 2001, 12th Congress in 2001 to 2004 and 13th Congress from 2004 to the present. Ralph Gonzalez Recto (born January 11, 1964) is a Filipino politician.
Recto served as a member of the House of Representatives representing the 4th District of Batangas from 1992 to 2001. He was then elected to the Senate, serving from 2001 to 2007. In July 2008 he was appointed to head the National Economic and Development Authority, but resigned from his position in August 2009 in preparation to run for senator in the 2010 election.

Marianito “Nitoy” Roque is the secretary of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE). He was the former administrator of the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) before being named Acting Secretary of DOLE on March, 2008.
Marianto Roque was born to Mauro J. Roque, a contractor-entrepreneur, and Eliza Dineros, a homemaker. Nitoy as he is fondly called, completed his Elementary and Secondary education at Lamao Bataan High School in 1971 in Limay, Bataan. In 1975, he obtained a degree in Economics at the De La Salle College in Manila. Roque then completed his Master’s degree in Business Administration at the Ateneo de Manila University. Even at a young age, he is said to have demonstrated exemplary self-discipline and capacity for hard work and empathy.
Gilberto Teodoro

Gilberto Eduardo Gerardo “Gilbert”/”Gibo” Cojuangco Teodoro Jr. (born June 14, 1964[1]) is the current Secretary of National Defense of the Philippines, having assumed the post in August 2007. From 1998 to 2007 he was a member of the House of Representatives, representing the First District of Tarlac province. In March 2009 he announced his intention to run for President of the Philippines in the May 2010 elections.
He is the only child of former Social Security System administrator Gilberto Teodoro, Sr. and former Batasang Pambansa member Mercedes Cojuangco-Teodoro. He is also the nephew of Eduardo Cojuangco, Jr., chairman of San Miguel Corporation.
Alberto Romulo
Alberto Gatmaitan Rómulo (born 1933) is a politician in the Philippines. He is currently the Foreign Secretary in the administration of President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo.
Rómulo was born in Camiling, Tarlac from Pangasinan parents. He first joined government service as a member of Corazon Aquino’s economic team. He was a senator from 1987 to 1998, during which time he served as Majority Leader for five years.
He became Finance Secretary in January 2001, having been appointed when President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo took office and formed her own cabinet. He left this position in May 2001, but became Executive Secretary. On August 18, 2004, he was appointed Foreign Secretary, and still holds this position. He served as Chairman of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations or ASEAN in 2007.

Pryde Henry A. Teves is the representative of the third district of Negros Oriental in the House of Representatives of the Philippines. He is one of the signers of House Resolution 1109 calling for a constituent assembly to amend the Constitution.
Pryde Henry Teves is a Filipino politician, a member of the House of Representatives of the Philippines and the congressman for the 3rd District of Negros Oriental. He was elected as a Philippine legislator on May 14, 2007. His term will expire in 2010. Both of his eardrums and legs were severely damaged by the blast that hit the Congress building in November 13, 2007.



Joseph Estrada
