Jesse Manalastas Robredo is the current Secretary of the Interior and Local Government of the Philippines. Robredo is a member of the Liberal Party.

Jejomar "Jojo" C. Binay is the current mayor of the City of Makati. He is also the president of the United Opposition (UNO), Partido Demokratiko Pilipino-Laban (PDP-Laban) and Boy Scouts of the Philippines.
He is married to Elenita Sombillo, a doctor of medicine. Dr. Elenita S. Binay became the mayor of Makati from 1998 to 2001. Binay and his wife have five children: Maria Lourdes Nancy, Mar-Len Abigail (2nd District of Makati representative), Jejomar Erwin (Makati Councilor) Marita Angeline and Joanna Marie Blanca.

Ralph Recto
Ralph Gonzalez Recto (born January 11, 1964) is a Filipino politician.
Recto served as a member of the House of Representatives representing the 4th District of Batangas from 1992 to 2001. He was then elected to the Senate, serving from 2001 to 2007. In July 2008 he was appointed to head the National Economic and Development Authority, but resigned from his position in August 2009 in preparation to run for senator in the 2010 election.
Jesli Lapus

Jesli A. Lapus is the Secretary of the Department of Education (DepEd). Prior to his cabinet appointment, Lapus was known as a top professional manager in the manufacturing and financial sectors, a certified public accountant (CPA), a college professor, and a member of the House of Representatives for three consecutive terms, serving from 1998 to 2007.
Lapus was born on September 12, 1949 in Tarlac, Tarlac. He attended the Little Flower Academy (Holy Spirit Academy) in Tarlac for his elementary and secondary education. In 1969, he earned a BS in accountancy from the St. Louis University in Baguio City, finishing college in three years and subsequently passing the accountancy board exams. He further honed his management skills by enrolling in the Masters in Business Management (MBM) program of the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) and graduating in 1973. In 1998, Lapus was conferred a doctorate in public administration (honoris causa) by the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP).
Gilberto Teodoro

Gilberto Eduardo Gerardo “Gilbert”/”Gibo” Cojuangco Teodoro Jr. (born June 14, 1964[1]) is the current Secretary of National Defense of the Philippines, having assumed the post in August 2007. From 1998 to 2007 he was a member of the House of Representatives, representing the First District of Tarlac province. In March 2009 he announced his intention to run for President of the Philippines in the May 2010 elections.
He is the only child of former Social Security System administrator Gilberto Teodoro, Sr. and former Batasang Pambansa member Mercedes Cojuangco-Teodoro. He is also the nephew of Eduardo Cojuangco, Jr., chairman of San Miguel Corporation.
Angelo Reyes
General Angelo Tomas Reyes (Ret.) or “Angie” to friends, was born on March 17, 1945 in San Miguel, Manila to Pablo S. Reyes of Binangonan, Rizal and Purificacion Tomas of Malate, Manila.
Angie spent most of his child days in San Miguel, Manila. He completed his secondary schooling at the Cubao High School in 1960 where he graduated as the class valedictorian. In 1966, he was among the top ten graduates of the Philippine Military Academy in Baguio City. He then proceeded to acquire two masteral degrees, namely: Masters in Business Administration from Asian Institute of Management in 1973 and Masters in Public Administration from Harvard University in 1991. He also took up International Defense Management Course in Monterey, California in 1983. And in 1987, he graduated No. 1 in Trust Operations Management Course conducted by the Trust Institutes Foundation of the Philippines at the Ateneo Business School which eventually earned him a scholarship to the Northwestern University in Chicago, illinois.
Teresita de Castro

Teresita Jose Leonardo-de Castro (born October 8, 1948) is an Associate Justice of the Philippine Supreme Court. Prior to her appointment to the High Court by President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, she had been the Presiding Justice of the Sandiganbayan.
De Castro’s parents are Fortunato R. Leonardo and Maxima J. Leonardo of Parañaque. Justice Teresita Jose Leonardo De Castro resides at Merville, Parañaque, Metro Manila. De Castro is married to businessman Eduardo A. De Castro. They have three children: Maria Cherell, Christine Genevive, and Edouard Anthony. Her half-brother, Eduardo L. Leonardo works as Executive Assistant VI, Sandiganbayan).
Renato Corona

Renato C. Corona (born October 15, 1948) is an incumbent Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the Philippines. He was appointed to the Court on April 9, 2002 by President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo.
Corona earned his law degree at the Ateneo de Manila Law School, where he would serve as a member of the faculty for 17 years. He also received a Master of Laws degree from Harvard Law School in 1982.
Corona served as the Presidential Legal Counsel and Deputy Executive Secretary to President Fidel Ramos. In 1998, he became the chief of staff and spokesperson of then Vice President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo. When Arroyo assumed the presidency in 2001, Corona became the Presidential Chief of Staff.
Miriam Defensor Santiago

Miriam Defensor-Santiago (born Miriam Palma Defensor on June 15, 1945) is a Filipina lawyer, politician, and a Senator of the Philippines, with a focus on Constitutional Law. She is the founder and current leader of the People’s Reform Party as well as its former presidential candidate.
Santiago was born in Iloilo City, Iloilo to District Judge Benjamin A. Defensor and Dimpna Palma Defensor. In her youth, she graduated as class valedictorian in both elementary and high school levels. She graduated her secondary at Iloilo High School (now Iloilo National High School).
Despite a three-month bout with illness, Santiago attended the University of the Philippines in Diliman. There she continued to participate and excel in numerous oratorical, public speaking, and debate contests. She became the first female editor-in-chief of the university’s student newspaper, The Philippine Collegian and was twice made Corps Sponsor of the Reserve Officer Training Corps. Her classmates include the likes of former Senate President Franklin Drilon, San Juan Representative Ronaldo Zamora, and Eli Pamatong.
