Francis Nepomuceno Pangilinan, also known as Kiko Pangilinan, is a Senator in the Philippine Government since 2001. He was the former Senate Majority Leader until 2008, replaced by Juan Miguel Zubiri.
Pangilinan was born on August 24, 1963 in Manila to Donato Pangilinan, an engineer and entrepreneur from Pampanga, and Emma Nepomuceno, a public school teacher from Nueva Ecija and Marinduque. He is the fifth child in a brood of nine. His siblings are Maricel Arenas, Angeli Valenciano, Nenette Zipperich, Joseph, Anthony, Felichi Buizon, John Raymund and Donna Simpao. He is also a relative to Carmela Espiritu "Candy" Pangilinan, a comedienne-actress.
Kiko, as he is widely known, first made his mark as a young lawyer giving free legal assistance on-air and closely monitored case progress through the television program “Hoy Gising!” over ABS-CBN where he was a co-anchor and segment host. He also anchored radio programs, including “Batas” and “Relos Report with Atty. Kiko” over DZMM, programs aimed at making the Philippine’s legal court system more understandable to the masses by increasing their understanding of their rights and duties under the law.
Juan Edgardo Angara

Juan Edgardo Angara is the Representative of the Lone District of Aurora. He was born on July 15,1972, in Manila. His father, Edgardo Angara is a Senator. The governor of Aurora, Bellaflor Angara-Castillo is his aunt.
He is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Economics (International Relations),in London (1991 to 1994). He took up his Bachelor of Laws at the University of the Philippines in 1995 to 2000 and his Master of Laws at Harvard University in 2002 to 2003.
Juan Edgardo Angara, is the Representative of the Lone District of Aurora. He had been an Associate Attorney of ACCRA, Law Office. He is also a Campaign Staff and Legal Researcher to the Office of Senator Edgardo Angara. Apprentice and Member of Delegation, Philippines Mission to the United Nations, and a News Reporter, The Philippine Star.
He is married to Elvira E. Angara, Sales Manager of the ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corp.
Edgardo Chatto

Edgardo Migriño Chatto, nicknamed Edgar or Eddie, was born on February 21, 1960 in Malate, Manila, Philippines. He is the son of Eladio Chatto and Victoria Migriño, both politicians. He finished both his elementary and secondary education at the Divine Word College of Tabilaran (now Holy Name University), in 1973 and 1979 respectively. He finished his Bachelor in Economics at the University of the Philippines School of Economics in Diliman, Quezon City in April 1981. He attended the Divine Word College of Tagbilaran for his Bachelor in Laws (1984-1988) and graduated at the Ateneo de Manila University in 1988. In 1991, he finished the Local Administration and Development Course at the University of the Philippines. He finished his Masters in Government Management at the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila Graduate School of Business and Management as a DILG-LGA scholar in April 1998. He also attended the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University in Massachusetts, USA in 1999.
Hon. Chatto was faculty member of the Divine Word College of Tagbilaran from 1981 to 1982.
