Datu Pax Mangudadatu 02Hon. Pakung S. Mandudadatu also known as Pax Mangudadatu is the newly elected Representative of the 1st district of Sultan Kudarat with Tacurong City under the administration’s Kabalikat ng Malayang PilipinoKampi) party.

He was born in Buluan, Cotabato (now Buluan, Maguindanao). He served as municipal mayor of Lutayan before he ran for governor of the province in 1998. During his campaign for governor, he and Rep. Angelo Montilla created the SK UNA political party. He defeated Sultan Kudarat Vice Gov. Rose Jamison for governor of the province and making history as the first Muslim governor of the Christian-dominated province. He served as provincial governor for nine years from 1998-2007. During his campaign for his last term as governor last 2004, he was challenged by his ally Rep. Angelo Montilla who he defeated. He was reelected as governor and his son, Mayor Suharto Mangudadatu of Lutayan won the lone district congressional race.

Jose Clemente "Joey" Sarte Salceda (born October 26, 1961) is the governor of the province of Albay in the Philippines. Prior to that, he was a three-year term representative of the Third District of Albay and was appointed as Presidential Chief of Staff on February 10, 2007 after the resignation of Michael Defensor before he himself resigned on March 29, 2007 to pursue his gubernatorial bid in his province. He is a member of the one of two dominant parties known as the Kabalikat ng Malayang Pilipino, although it was known that he ran for governor and won as an independent in the 2007 elections.

He was recently suspected as a jueteng lord in his province, of which he denied such claim.

On his three terms as a lawmaker, Salceda was no stranger to the inner workings of Congress. Prior to his most recent stint in the House of Representatives, he was a Congressional Fellow to the late Speaker Ramon Mitra and Chief of Staff to the late Congressman, Senator, and Education Secretary Raul Roco.
