Vicente Sotto III

Vicente Castelo Sotto III, also known as Tito Sotto, is a former senator in the Philippines Congress. He served two terms in the Senate, from 1992 to 2004. Sotto is the brother of Marvic (Vic), Marcelino (Maru), and Val Sotto and a grandson and grandnephew of former Senators (Vicente Y. Sotto and Filemon Sotto).
Prior to his entry into public service, Sotto was a composer, musician, actor, and television personality. On television, Sotto co-hosted Eat Bulaga, which is the longest running program in Philippine history, and hosted Brigada Siete, a public affairs program. He is also an accomplished bowler, and was a member of the Philippine National Bowling Team. Sotto is married to Helen Gamboa, a beauty titlist an actress, singer, and beauty pageant winner. They have four children, Romina, Diorella, Gian, and Ciara, and two grandsons, Romino and Victorio.

Abelardo S. Pangilinan is the incumbent mayor of the municipality of Paluan in the province of Occidental Mindoro, Philippines. He was first elected as municipal mayor in 1998 and made a successful comeback in 2004 Elections. His wife, Shirley M. Pangilinan has taken his place as a municipal mayor during his absence in the 2001 Elections.
The erstwhile 3-term Mayor Pangilinan, also known as Abe, concurrently holds the position as president of Occidental Mindoro Chapter in League of Municipalities of the Philippines – Region 4B. He ran under the party of Nationalist People’s Coalition.

Lily Racca Estoya is the newly elected mayor of the municipality of Calintaan in the province of Occidental Mindoro, Philippines. She was elected as vice mayor of the same municipality for two consecutive terms.
