Ruben Fernandez Revilla is the mayor of the municipality of Santa Cruz in the province of Marinduque, Philippines. Revilla is also the former vice mayor of the same municipality before winning the mayoralty post. He concurrently holds the position as president of Marinduque Chapter in the League of Municipalities of the Philippines – Region 4B.

Revilla, also known as Ben, ran for the position under the party of Partido ng Masang Pilipino.
