Gerardo J. Espina, Jr. (b. August 7, 1970 – ) is a former Representative of the Lone District of Biliran to the 13th Congress of the Philippines as well as former Mayor of the City of Naval, Biliran.

Gerry is the junior of the Espina clan’s patriarch, Gerardo S. Espina, Sr., who also served as Representative of the lone district of the same province. His brothers, Rogelio, is the current Governor of the province, and Rodolfo, is the current Mayor of the municipality of Kawayan, Biliran.
