Loading ...Gerardo J. Espina, Jr. (b. August 7, 1970 – ) is a former Representative of the Lone District of Biliran to the 13th Congress of the Philippines as well as former Mayor of the City of Naval, Biliran.
Gerry is the junior of the Espina clan’s patriarch, Gerardo S. Espina, Sr., who also served as Representative of the lone district of the same province. His brothers, Rogelio, is the current Governor of the province, and Rodolfo, is the current Mayor of the municipality of Kawayan, Biliran.

Coming from the prominent political family of Biliran, Rodolfo as well as his brothers, Rogelio and Gerry Jr. are raised around politics. His father, Gerardo S. Espina, Sr., the clan’s patriarch, served as a former representative of their district in Biliran for nine years.
Prior to being the current Mayor of the municipality of Kawayan, he served first as its vice mayor from 1998 to 2001. Rodolfo is an architect by profession. He has four children.
