Genaro M. Mendoza (b. April 8, 1961) is the current Mayor of Tarlac City and former Vice Mayor of the same city.

Mayor Mendoza was born in Sta. Ana, Manila to Natividad and Nereo Mendoza Sr. He comes from a family of heroes. Dr. Jose Rizal’s sister, Soledad, is Mayor Aro’s great great grandmother while the last Filipino General to surrender from the American forces, General Miguel Malvar is Mayor Aro’s great grandfather.

Ismael A. Mathay was born in Manila on June 26,1932. He graduated in 1953 with Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Major in Economics. Soon after graduation he enrolled at the College of Law in San Beda and successfully passed the bar examination in 1957.

He was elected Vice-Mayor of Quezon City in 1967. In 1972 he was appointed secretary to the commissioner of the watchdog General Authority Office,a genuine recognition for his talent and integrity.

Mayor Ismael Mathay had completed tenure of 9 years.

Feliciano Belmonte, Jr.

Feliciano "Sonny" Belmonte, Jr. is the current mayor of Quezon City. He was a former member of the Philippine House of Representatives representing the Fourth District of Quezon City.

He was born in Manila on October 2, 1936, to Judge Feliciano Belmonte Sr. and his wife Luz. He attended grade school in Baguio City and earned his high school diploma at the San Beda College in Manila. He finished Law at the Lyceum of the Philippines; while in law school, he worked as a reporter at the Manila Chronicle, covering the police beat and events at the Philippine Commission on Elections. It was at this point where he met the woman who was to become his lifetime partner – Betty Go, daughter of Fookien Times publisher Go Puan Seng. It was a whirlwind courtship that wound-up to the young lovers’ elopement and marriage that lasted until the untimely demise of Betty who was afflicted with cancer of the bones.

Enrico Reantillo Echiverri is the Mayor of Caloocan. He was born on November 18, 1954 in Manila and is married to Purificacion Manalatan. He’s currently a Hospital Administration of Manila Central University Hospital.

He spent his Elementary years at Morning Breeze Elementary School and graduated High School at Araneta University Foundation High School on 1971. He studied at San Beda College and took up Bachelor of Arts in Economics. When he graduated, he studied again at Ateneo de Manila University and finished Bachelor of Laws in 1981.

Antonio Eduardo Nachura 01Antonio Eduardo B. Nachura (born June 13, 1941) is an incumbent Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the Philippines. He had been Solicitor-General of the Philippines at the time of his appointment to the Court was announced on January 31, 2007 by President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo. Nachura took his oath of office as Associate Justice on February 7, 2007.

Born in Catbalogan, Samar, Nachura is a graduate of the San Beda College of Law. He placed 7th in the 1967 bar examinations. In addition, he holds a Doctor of Public Management from the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila.

From his years as a professor of law and a bar reviewer, Nachura has earned wide respect as an expert in political law. He was the Dean of the Arellano Law School from 1992 to 1994. Among his students was international trade lawyer and BusinessWorld columnist Jeremy Gatdula. He resigned as Dean in 1994 to accept an appointment as Undersecretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports.
