Loading ...Oscar L. Gozos is the Mayor of the city of Lipa, province of Batangas. He was born on September 12, 1950 in Rosario, Batangas. He’s married to Nilda Mercado, a businesswoman.
He completed his Elementary Education as Salutatorian at Our Lady Of Rosary Academy in 1961, his Secondary Education at St. Francis de Sales Seminary, Lipa City in 1967. He took up Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in the Univerisity of the Philippines and finished his Bachelor of Laws in that same university in 1976.
