Lope Tepora
Lope Diokno Tepora is a Filipino politician. He is the incumbent mayor of Indang, Cavite, a position he has held since 1998. He is also the current auditor of the Cavite Mayors League (3rd District).
Lope Diokno Tepora was born on September 25, 1952 to Constancio Montoya Tepora, Sr. and Mercedes Fello Diokno. He is married to Ma. Dolores Espineli Cruzate with whom he has five daughters. His education started at the Buna Cerca Barrio School and continued at the Indang Elementary School. In 1969, he finished his secondary education at the University of the East, where he also earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Preparatory Medicine in 1973. His political career began in May of 1995 when he was elected vice mayor of Indang, Cavite. In 1998, he proceeded to run for the mayoralty which he won, making him the first vice mayor of the municipality to ascend to the Chief Executive position through election. He is currently on his third and last term as the mayor of the municipality.
Erineo Maliksi
Maliksi is the governor of the province of Cavite, former Mayor of Imus, and former representative of the 2nd District of Cavite.
Hon. Erineo S. Maliksi was born March 25, 1938 in Imus, Cavite. He finished his elementary grades at Anabu II Elementary School in 1951 and his secondary schoolyears at Del Pilar Academy in 1955. He earned the degree of Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at the University of the East in 1969. This knowledge he used in the future years as a public servant.
Governor Maliksi started out as a clerk in the Office of the Mayor of Imus from 1955 to 1963. He became the private secretary of the Governor of Cavite at the same time he was a special investigator in the Bureau of Customs for ten years (1964-1974). In 1980, he was elected as the Vice Mayor of Cavite until 1986. His experience has helped him gain the trust of the Caviteños so they voted him as Mayor of their province in 1988. He served for ten years. In 1998, he became the Representative of the Second District of Cavite to the House of Representatives. Finally in 2001, he was elected as the Governor of Cavite. He is now in his third term.
Edward Hagedorn

Edward Solon Hagedorn (born October 12, 1946) was first elected on June 30, 1992 as Mayor of the City of Puerto Princesa, the capital of the island province of Palawan, in the Philippines.
Hagedorn is best recognized as one of the more successful progressive local leaders of the Philippines with his passion and dedication towards the protection of the environment. Hagedorn’s leadership is directed towards establishing a harmony between the environment and development. The mayor has established the City of Puerto Princesa as a model of eco-tourism for the country.

Manuel Leuterio de Castro, Jr. (born July 6, 1949), better known as Noli de Castro or “Kabayan” Noli de Castro, is a politician and former broadcast journalist in the Philippines. De Castro was elected Senator in 2001 and was elected as Vice President of the Philippines in 2004. He is the first independent Senatorial topnotcher and the first elected independent Vice-President.
Noli de Castro was born in the town of Pola, Oriental Mindoro. He graduated from the University of the East in 1971 with a degree in Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Banking and Finance from the University of the East and a doctorate degree Honoris causa from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
