Locsin, Jr., more popularly known as Teddy or Teddyboy, is a lawyer, print and broadcast journalist, newspaper publisher and columnist, and the Congressional reperentative of the 1st district of Makati City. He is the son of prominent newspaperman and publisher Teodoro Locsin, Sr.. Teddyboy was among a handful of representatives from the 13th Congress who voted for the impeachment of President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo.
